  • You will report on project status by means of progress reports, meeting minutes, and other correspondence.
  • You will chair project and site meetings.
  • You will use your communication skills and ability to learn to understand complex technical terminology.
  • You will maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and respond to new business opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President.
  • Your clients will trust you and rely on your knowledge, skills, and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives.
  • Your clients will be impressed with your ability to represent their best interests regarding contractual and technical challenges.
  • Your project teams will rely on your ability to manage change, communicate, and coordinate between multiple partners and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications:

  • You will have familiarity with building codes, contracts and regulations, construction administration, and ethics.
  • You will have deep knowledge of various design and construction methodologies, project management models and financial management, contract law and relevant legislation.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-centric attitude.
  • You will have effective client and people management skills, matched with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of commercial, people, client and technical issues.
