Wildstone Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects by providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Responsibilities:- Project Setup: Establish and maintain project files, assist with billing and cost accounting, and create project directories.
- Contract Management: Support the tendering and awarding of work or supply materials, review and process invoices and progress claims, and assist with document review and inquiries.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment, RFI process, and general administrative and record-keeping functions.
- Project Close Out: Prepare warranty packages, collect warranty and O&M manuals, create turnover documents, and assist with demobilization and documentation archiving.
- Core Values: Interact effectively with company stakeholders, establish a culture of accountability, and win trust within the company community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry, with knowledge of project setup, subcontract management, change orders, RFIs, lien holdback, and closeout.
- EIT designation in civil or mechanical engineering, or equivalent education and field experience.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and scheduling software. Procore and Bluebeam experience an asset.
- Ability to solve problems based on clearly defined procedures.
- Capable of proactively participating in discussions and working cooperatively with others to achieve team goals.
