We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1000479722 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high-quality food standards.
