Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
