Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct initial screenings and interviews in both French and English to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  4. Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
  5. Candidate Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  6. Hiring Manager Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  7. Recruitment Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, based on location and experience.
