Responsabilités

  • Gérer de façon autonome une charge constante de demandes dans un environnement de recrutement à volume élevé.

  • Assumer l’entière responsabilité des besoins de l’entreprise en matière de stages coopératifs.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de recrutement qui comprennent l’examen des descriptions de poste; p>

  • Communiquer de façon appropriée, proactive et cohérente avec les gestionnaires recruteurs,les partenaires d’affairesRH, les personnes de l’extérieur et les candidats potentiels pour assurer une expérience positive aux clients et aux candidats.

  • Utiliser des techniques de recherche passive et directe, de même que des méthodes et solutions novatrices, pour repérer et attirer des candidatures potentielles et constituer un bassin de talents.

  • Échanger avec les gestionnaires en acquisition de talents et les collègues en recrutement des renseignements sur les talents, le marché et les pratiques exemplaires de recrutement.

  • Se conformer à toutes les politiques, procédures et exigences en matière de risque d’Equifax, en particulier celles concernant l’acquisition de talents.

Expérience nécessaire

  • Un à deux ans d’expérience en recrutement de candidats exonérés ou non.

  • Expérience éprouvée en embauche de stagiaires.

  • Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en recrutement.

  • Expérience en réseautage social professionnel, en veille au marché et en repérage de candidatures potentielles.

  • Expérience de travail avec un système de suivi des candidatures dans un environnement de recrutement professionnel à volume élevé.

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets et esprit critique

Synopsis of the role :

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner- Entry is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and will collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify and acquire strong talent for our business.

What you will do :

  • Independently manage an ongoing load requisitions in a high volume recruitment environment

  • Fully responsible for the co-op hiring needs of the organization.

  • Build and execute recruiting strategies which include job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, proactive cold calling and candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking

  • Create strong relationships in order to build a pipeline for future openings

  • Communicate appropriately, proactively and consistently with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, external contacts and potential candidates to ensure a positive client and candidate experience

  • Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and HR partners

  • Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline

  • Represent and differentiate Equifax to external candidates by effectively describing our business, strategy, culture and values

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers and recruiting peers to share talent, market intelligence, and best practice recruiting methodology

  • Comply with all Talent Acquisition and broader Equifax policies, procedures and risk requirements


What experience you need :

  • 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting non-exempt and/or exempt level candidates

  • Proven experience in co-op hiring is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience required

  • Consultative skills with a strong sense of urgency and continual drive for process improvement

  • Experience in professional social networking to market roles and identify potential candidates

  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume, professional recruiting environment

  • Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring successful talent

  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
