Job Title: Hotel Front Office Manager

B.C. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front office operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to front desk staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions for front desk staff on new policies and procedures
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of hotel facilities
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out, room assignments, and guest services
  • Implement marketing activities to drive revenue growth
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front office management role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
