Hotel Front Office Manager

B.C. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best rates and services for the hotel.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide regular training and coaching to front office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform Front Desk Duties: Ensure the front desk is staffed and operational at all times, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
