Sales Merchandising Associate

About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position that will be based at Home Hardware Buiding Center. We are seeking a skilled sales merchandising associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in providing customer service.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive salary range considering the industry standards and the location of the company.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service and advise customers about merchandise. The sales merchandising associate will also be responsible for maintaining sales records for inventory control, estimating or quoting prices, and greeting customers to discuss their needs. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in displaying merchandise, advertise and promote products, and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma and valid driver's license. Experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable. You must also be able to work 40 hours per week and be available to work flexible hours as needed. Willingness to train and learn new skills is also essential for this role.
