Sales Consultant

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Home Hardware Building Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to effectively promote our products.

• To provide advice about merchandise to customers, ensuring they find the right product for their needs.
• To advertise and promote products, sales or services, increasing awareness of our offerings and driving sales.
• To provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• To assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining an attractive and well-organized store environment.
• To estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, providing accurate and transparent information to customers.
• To greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease, building strong relationships with our clients.
• To maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring we have accurate data on our stock levels and customer purchases.

• A valid driver's licence, enabling you to travel to different locations as required.
• Experience in sales or a related field, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
