Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and advice on merchandise selection.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, including inventory control and customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Previous retail or sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary Range
