Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with users to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and technical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, including documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a help desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
