Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Wiseworth Canada Industries (1996) Ltd. as an Equipment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Criminal record check
  • Valid passport
