Job Description

The Senior Manager of Operational Excellence contributes to the overall success of Technology Operations by ensuring plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of business strategies and objectives. This involves managing technology operations programs that meet financial performance, operational risk management, and delivery effectiveness goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, results orientation, and a data-driven approach to decision making. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a related field, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The Senior Manager will design operation programs that affect technology operations, perform change management, manage and continuously improve existing technology programs, and keep senior leaders informed of program statuses. They will also design and produce reporting on program-related KPIs and engage key stakeholders and senior leadership for KPIs analysis to achieve program performance improvement.

This is a hybrid working location condition, and the role requires a culture that promotes critical thinking, change leadership, and shares best practices at a global scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • An agile mindset with a focus on delivering business value associated with operations transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and a data-driven approach to decision making.
