About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate projects within our Tech vendor management program. The ideal candidate will ensure that these projects are aligned, integrated, and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Alignment: Define project goals: Clearly articulate the overall objectives and desired outcomes of the program.
  • Develop project Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy that outlines the approach, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Align Projects: Ensure that individual projects are aligned with the program's strategic goals.
  • Program Management and Execution: Develop a detailed program plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources (budget, personnel, etc.) effectively across projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the program's success.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues that arise during the program's execution.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to the program scope, timeline, or resources.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and executives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress, measure performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the program budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Progress Reports: Provide regular updates on the program's progress to stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field like engineering, computer science, business administration, or project management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, including analyzing complex issues, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines.
  • Risk management skills, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to project success.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
