Summary:
At Foundry BC, our provincial work extends across lands that are built on a complex history of colonization. These lands are home to many First Nations, Métis and Inuit Peoples today. **About the Role**:
At Foundry Central Office, we believe in the power of strategic vision and collaborative effort to drive impactful change. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager, Strategic Projects, to join our Strategy, Planning & Project Management team. In this crucial role, you will oversee and coordinate the implementation of complex, large-scale strategic projects that span multiple teams and partner organizations. Your expertise will ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget, fostering a culture where individual competencies and team collaboration thrive.

**What You Will Do**:

- ** Organizational Planning and Oversight**: Provide comprehensive planning, oversight, and coordination for the implementation of strategic projects impacting multiple teams.
- ** Coordinate Project Activities**: Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget by coordinating diverse project activities.
- ** Inspire and Facilitate**: Work collaboratively to communicate project vision effectively, inspiring teams to achieve their goals.
- ** Liaise with Stakeholders**: Engage with operational leaders, staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness for project implementation.
- ** Manage Change**: Assist in managing change at all organizational levels, ensuring smooth transitions.
- ** Lead Project Teams**: Lead diverse project teams and coordinate activities across different projects.
- ** Resource Management**: Effectively manage project resources to optimize outcomes.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**: Communicate with all levels of staff and management regarding project scope and status, acting as a key resource.
- ** External Coordination**: Liaise with consultants and external agencies as needed.
- ** Develop Reports and Presentations**: Create briefing papers, reports, and presentations to support the timely implementation of decisions.
- ** Committee Participation**: Participate in committees and working groups as required.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale strategic projects, preferably in a complex organizational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse project teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying project vision and status effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management practices and tools.
- Experience in managing organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills for developing reports and presentations.
- A commitment to fostering a culture where individual competencies can thrive.

**What We Offer**:

- The salary range for this position is $88,900 - $127,923 depending on experience.

- Engage in strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Hold meetings with stakeholders to update on project status and gather feedback.
- Oversee the allocation and management of project resources.
- Lead and support your project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Review project progress regularly, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Develop and review project documentation, including reports and presentations.
