We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Description

In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of a Strategic Maintenance Plan to improve operational effectiveness and maximize building operations and equipment utilization. You will work closely with the Distribution Centre team and Transportation team leaders, leading a team of Maintenance team members, and reporting into the Manager, DC Maintenance Planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You will have a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in an industrial maintenance environment, commercial or industrial facility operations environment.
  • You will have a relevant Industrial Trade Certification/License or Diploma in Engineering (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You will be familiar with Industrial Refrigeration Systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building envelope, and material handling equipment.
