About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Financial Services Representative to join our team at ICONIX. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for implementing our credit and collection policies for designated accounts, monitoring and maintaining customer accounts within prescribed credit terms, and resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement credit and collection policies for designated accounts
  • Monitor and maintain customer accounts within prescribed credit terms
  • Resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues in a timely manner
  • Escalate high-risk accounts or claims and discrepancies to Senior Management
  • Reconcile and maintain customer accounts, resolve billing/pricing discrepancies, unearned/earned discount, unclaimed property, holdback, unapplied and/or short payments
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree or Credit Institute of Canada CCP Program Certification preferred
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Excellent computer skills for word processing and excel spreadsheet analysis
  • Ability to work with difficult customers and resolve problems and issues
  • Occasional travel to the US may be required
