Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial processes within the organization. You will also support the financial stability and growth of the organization through informed decision-making and strategic planning. Key objectives include:
  • Monitoring Financial Transactions
  • Analyzing Financial Data
  • Reporting and Forecasting
  • Improving Processes
  • Managing Budgets

Specific Tasks
Your daily tasks will include collecting payments from customer accounts, following up on overdue accounts, reconciling account statements with ERP systems, and processing major accounts invoicing. Additionally, you will analyze collection and order trends to forecast cash inflows and inventory requirements. In the area of Account Payables, you will process electronic payment of accounts payables, reconcile and automate sales representatives' commissions, reconcile external account statements with suppliers' invoices, and optimize the payment process. Furthermore, you will manage payroll for employees, group insurance, internal purchasing requests, extract and analyze data periodically, adjust inventory costs in the system, and assist the CFO and CEO in various financial analyses of profitability and optimization.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in Financial Operations and Planning, strong experience with Data Analytics, Process Improvement, and Reporting. Familiarity with the agri-food industry is an asset. Experience with ERP systems and excellent communication skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Finance is required, as well as fluency in English and French.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position requiring presence at the office three days per week. The salary range is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
