Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Joeonto Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Service and Quality: Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards.
- Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain negotiations, and health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Employee Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and promote a positive work environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient, organized, and able to multitask.
