Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide feedback for improvement.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Competitive Salary: $500,001 - $1,500,000 per year.
