Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and returns to our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
