About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As an Exterior Cladding Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Install exterior prefabricated products such as aluminum windows and doors, eavestroughs, siding, and windows.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism in customer service, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements, layouts, and installation procedures.
  • Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for various projects.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate measurements and precision.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including hand and power tools, scaffolding, and working platforms.
  • Loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Erecting and installing scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to job sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Working at heights training.
  • Physical demands of the job include fast-paced environment, physically demanding tasks, attention to detail, handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Benefits and Working Conditions:


This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. English language proficiency is required.
