We are seeking an experienced Exterior Cladding Specialist to join our team at RMW Exteriors Inc. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, including siding, eavestroughs, and windows.

Job Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in cladding installation
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
  • Working at heights training
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling is required for this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
