Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate safety activities on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective safety strategies and protocols to mitigate risks and prevent incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of safety plans and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • NCSO Certificate, OH&S Certificate, or Diploma required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field safety-related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in safety management processes, including participation in safety committees, working groups, audits, and inspections in heavy industrial environments.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of NDE/NDT and Rope Access an asset.
  • Heavy industrial operations experience an asset.
