Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, and coordinating office services. This includes reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to support staff, establishing priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
