About the Role

Genuine Comfort is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our revenue growth. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing the revenue strategy, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in sales strategy and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
