About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to maximize sales potential.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our merchandise offerings.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong client focus.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
