About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are readily available for sale.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members are working effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
