About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Radical StreetWear Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.
