About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that sales teams have access to the products they need.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
