Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough documentation of care services in resident and departmental records.
  • Adhere to infection-control policies to safeguard residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve resident needs and concerns.
  • Ensure the highest quality of care by upholding the facility's standards and philosophies.
  • Protect resident confidentiality and maintain privacy at all times.
Requirements:
  • Current Provincial Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Preferred experience in long-term care.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care.
Salary Information:

Based on experience. The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
