Job Title: Director of Community Sustainability Programs

EnviroCentre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Community Sustainability Programs to lead our team in developing and implementing effective community-based sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability, community engagement, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community-based sustainability initiatives that align with EnviroCentre's strategic goals
  • Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local governments, businesses, and community groups
  • Develop and manage budgets, grants, and funding opportunities to support program delivery
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement organizational strategies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in environmental sustainability, community development, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, community engagement, and environmental sustainability
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community-based sustainability initiatives
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
