Store Operations Specialist

As a Store Operations Specialist at Rogers Communications, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive customer interactions and experiences. In this dynamic position, you will work with accountable leaders to create a seamless shopping experience, promoting Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will engage and grow your customer base through personalized communication and outreach. This role also involves participating in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on business plans to meet regional and store targets
- Foster collaboration within the team through leadership qualities
- Work with accountable leaders to drive positive customer interactions and experiences
- Encourage and coach the team to create best-in-class customer experiences and meet business goals
- Receive ongoing training and development to ensure the necessary skills to support the team

Requirements:
- Passion for influencing and inspiring teams
