We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Smitty's Family Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running efficiently and effectively, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field an asset.
