Zoelicious Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets, and specialty functions.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependability, efficiency, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
Our kitchen is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
