Dynamics CRM Developer Position for a Non-Profit Organization
2 weeks ago
Vaco is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity. Our client is a renowned non-profit, self-governing regulatory body and professional association with a strong commitment to excellence.
The organization has a unique opportunity to hire a skilled Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer to join their IT team. This role presents a fantastic chance to make a significant impact on the company's operations and contribute to its continued success.
With a small IT team consisting of only two members, the IT manager and the IT coordinator, this position will be instrumental in supporting the team's efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop customized solutions, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
About the Opportunity
The current Dynamics CRM system was implemented four years ago, resulting in over 50 customized applications. However, the IT team lacks the necessary skills to effectively manage and maintain the system. As a result, there are instances where member information is not populated properly, leading to difficulties in providing assistance.
This role offers a rare opportunity to work with a highly customized Dynamics CRM system, utilizing your expertise to create efficient workflows, resolve complex issues, and provide top-notch support to the users.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM developer who possesses a customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills. Your expertise in customization, troubleshooting, and workflow development will enable you to make a significant impact on our client's operations.
