Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Samak Investments Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Manage Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Monitor Daily Operations: Monitor daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant is meeting all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
