Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Samak Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service
  • Set staff work schedules and supervise staff
  • Train staff to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Lead and instruct staff to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
