Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Samak Investments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Determine and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and manage budgets and financial data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
