About the Role

As a Health Benefits Associate at WTW, you will play a vital role in supporting clients across a wide range of health and benefits programs. Your expertise will be essential in developing financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support multiple client teams in developing financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables across regional teams and project management.
  • You will develop working proficiency in core financial, actuarial, and analytics theories, models, and tools.
  • You will ensure accurate and reliable claim reporting and financial modeling to guide client decisions.
  • You will deepen your knowledge of all broad-based benefit programs, including healthcare, pharmacy, wellbeing, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • You will develop and assist with financial modeling of benefit plan designs, cost avoidance/funding strategies, and budget projections and rate/contribution development.
  • You will take responsibility for executing specific tasks that contribute to financial, analytical, and placement deliverables for clients, with guidance and adherence to stated deadlines.
  • You will manage follow-up questions and requests from carriers/vendors.
  • You will collect, summarize, and analyze proposal findings; support negotiations, make recommendations for finalist carriers, and communicate with carriers.
  • You will design and manage placement (renewal/marketing) deliverables with strict adherence to stated deadlines.
  • You will increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes.
  • You will build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • You will partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to deliver superior project management.
  • You will review analytical work, mentor, and develop junior colleagues.
  • You will comply with internal excellence and compliance requirements.
What We Offer

We offer an estimated salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
