E-commerce Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Consultant to join our dynamic marketing team at GE Appliances Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sales support and customer service to our online shoppers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist shoppers through ordering via email, phone, online chat, or text, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Maximize Sales Conversion: Utilize excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-through calls and emails to finalize sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Exceed Customer Expectations: Provide the highest level of care and service from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Orders Timely and Accurately: Address any order adjustments and billing corrections, supporting post-purchase ownership experience, including delivery and service scheduling.
- Initiate Cold Calls: Build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select third-party business partners.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
- Align Communication with Marketing Objectives: Ensure all communication aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Monitor and Respond to Product Reviews: Check and promptly reply to all product reviews based on company policies and standards.
- Measure Performance and Adjust Strategies: Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: Possess an associate's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent work experience.
- Customer Service and Sales Experience: Have a track record of sales success and exceptional customer support.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Literacy: Be computer literate with typing skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Teamwork and Consumer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and possess a consumer-centric mindset and attitude.
- Strong Work Ethic and Integrity: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.
- Language Requirements: English and French required.
