Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Impact Health Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring that they meet the organization's goals. This is a temporary position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising other workers and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, as well as oversee the preparation of reports and maintain digital databases.
  • Provide customer service and conduct research to support the team's goals.
  • Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
