Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements to support business operations.
  • Filing and data entry.
  • Schedule employee orientations and safety training.
  • Assist management as required.
  • Inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate business development events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office administration role.
  • Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Forms, and Access.
  • Knowledge of Adobe.
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
