About the Role:

This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT assets. As an ITAM specialist, your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset records, implementing efficient processes, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset records in ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for IT asset management, including SAM Pro configuration and data normalization.
  • Analyze and optimize IT asset utilization, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITAM processes with other business functions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT asset management, specifically with SAM Pro on ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, data models, tables, and jobs.
  • Familiarity with eSoftware Asset Management (SAM) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to professional development opportunities.
