Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our growing backend engineering team.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll work with a team of engineers to build first-party and third-party data integration with external data sources.

You'll integrate data into StackAdapt's Customer Data Platform (CDP) and architect scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines.

You'll write code as needed to support the team and provide technical leadership in designing scalable solutions and best practices.

You'll promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews.

You'll rigorously identify and solve technical challenges.

Adtech experience or Martech experience is an asset.

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in software development in distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices, and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company.

You'll have a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with Go and high-performance databases is a plus.
