Director of Disability Management Services

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Disability Management Services and Implementation team. As Director, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement disability management strategies to promote independence and inclusion
- Lead a team of professionals in providing case management and clinical supervision services
- Collaborate with external community organizations to develop and sustain partnerships
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality service delivery
- Develop and implement organizational development and change management initiatives
- Master's degree in a related field, preferably MSW
- At least seven years of significant work experience in case management, clinical supervision, and program development
- Extensive knowledge of housing and homelessness, and systemic issues related to housing, poverty, addictions, and mental health
- Proven ability to develop and sustain collaborations with external community organizations
- Superior written skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and online database tools
