- Attend training classes and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Answer customer service phone calls, providing timely and effective support.
- Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable, meeting customer expectations.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle's delivery, ensuring transparency and communication.
- Inform customers when vehicles are ready to be picked up, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay abreast of new equipment, features, and tools available, recommending purchases to customers.
- Account for all documents, ensuring none are missing, and follow up with the factory and distributors regarding late vehicle deliveries.
- Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Automotive Sales Experience is an asset.
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.
