About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth through proactive lead generation and qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our internal database to identify and prioritize high-potential leads, and drive new business through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • Conduct sales qualifying calls with approximately 100 leads per day, and pass qualified leads on to the next stage of the sales process.
  • Collect and document client information to ensure seamless transitions to our Sales Representatives.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth, contributing to our overall sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with new clients and effectively gather and share information.
  • Excellent note-taking and documentation skills.
  • Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
