Description du posteLe candidat idéal sera chargé d'assister les utilisateurs rencontrant des difficultés avec leurs ordinateurs.
L'objectif principal consiste à fournir une expérience utilisateur optimale en collectant et en organisant efficacement les informations sur les problèmes rencontrés ainsi que les solutions apportées.
Ce poste est parfait pour les personnes aimant travailler en équipe et être motivées par la possibilité de transmettre leurs connaissances et compétences à d'autres.
Compétences requisesEn tant que spécialiste de support technique, vous devrez disposer d'une solide compréhension des systèmes informatiques et avoir l'habileté de fournir une aide précise et rapide aux utilisateurs.
Nous recherchons quelqu’un qui peut communiquer clairement et convaincant, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs cas simultanément.
Par ailleurs, cette personne doit savoir composer rapidement avec l’application logicielle concernée, utiliser différents logiciels, bases de données ou applications.
Nous attendons également de ce candidat qu’il soit disponible à effectuer certaines tâches manuelles répétitives et prendre soin d’une liste documentaire (inventory management).
Nous insisterons sur sa capacité à continuellement apprendre et améliorer ses compétences techniques.
Répartition temporelle : Travail non prévisible. Régulièrement journées avec 8 heures supplémentaires par semaine.
Caractéristiques du posteLe salaire prévu est 30 000 $ (CAD) annuel, avec augmentations plafonnées basées sur votre rendement.
Vous serez placé au sein de l'unité Technique, sous l'autorité directe d'un gestionnaire technique senior.
