- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate the daily operations of the wholesale establishment to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Plan and organize the daily operations of the wholesale establishment, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Manage a team of staff, including assigning duties and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to ensure that the wholesale establishment is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the wholesale establishment and increase sales.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the wholesale establishment is operating within budget.
